Honey Cream


A honey fortified base in a cream form, designed to be drunk stand alone or on ice. To be used as a base to create a fine delicate taste of honey on the palate, great as a base for cocktail smoothies. E.g. banana, strawberry, mango etc.

 
Pina Colada


The ultimate in cocktail drinks, being a blend of pineapple, coconut and a dash of rum. Great served with pineapple juice and milk to make a cocktail sensation.

Honey Butter Scotch Cream

Based on an old family recipe giving a rich 'old fashioned' taste which when combined with honey provides a smooth drink. Great with ice, in a cup of coffee or over ice cream.
 
   
Coffee Honey Cream
 

Honey cream base to which coffee beans are added to give a well rounded taste together with honey provides a pleasant taste to the palate. Great in a cup of coffee or over ice cream.

 
 
Honey Chocolate Cream  

Honey cream base to which cocoa extract is added delivering a rich smooth chocolate taste. Added with our Coffee Honey Cream gives a Mocha taste (Irish Cream).

 
     
Mint Stinger

A honey base together with mint which provides a very fresh palate cleansing drink. Great mixed with soda, mineral water or lemonade to create a very refreshing cocktail or mixed with our Choc honey to give an after dinner mint taste.

   
Orange Honey Cooler  

Represents an explosion of orange as it goes down the palate developed by our family for over 30 years with a beautiful fragrance of sweet orange and a hint of rind, together with the honey to smooth the taste. Blended with our Honey choc cream and milk to create a choc jaffa cocktail.

 
 

Tropical Delight

Provides the fruits of Queensland, blended with our honey to give a unique tropical taste. Can be made into a long drink or added to our exquisite bubbly for a tropical punch or mixed with fruit salad for a tropical cocktail sensation.

 
     
       
  Snowy Honey Port


Produced using a fortified white wine base, together with a honey wine, to provide a sweet honey port, great used as a marinade for fish, chicken or prawns. Served chilled, warm or at room temperature.
 
     
     
 

Honey Port
