Katandra Red is a hybrid of Australian Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and uses plum, raspberry blueberry fruits with savoury notes derived of sage, thyme and black pepper while balanced through delicate tannins and coconut oak in order to achieve a wonderfully balanced red wine.
It can be paired with red meat dishes or enjoyed by itself.
Wattle Tree Red is a deep crimson Australian Cabernet Sauvignon with blackcurrant, plum, blueberry and blackberry fruits dappled with nutmeg, cloves and brought together through vanilla and spicy oak.

Ridgeway Red won the Gold Medal at the Brisbane Wine Festival 2007. It is a composition of Australian Shiraz with a small amount of Australian Merlot which has a dry yet smooth palate with a delicious blackcurrant and berry finish.
It is best suited for heavy meat dishes, such as beef and stew, or enjoyed alone.
Sunset Red is a hybrid between Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sunset Red uses this style of blending in order to achieve the fruity texture expected of a cab franc, while increasing the bite of the wine through expanding the tannins through the Cabernet Sauvignon.
Using fruits accustomed to both styles of wine, our sunset red has distinct character in terms of bouquet, colour and flavour.
